Pricing

Xitracs™ pricing is based on the type of system (hosted or local), the size of institution and the number of accreditation agency standards installed.

ASP (hosted) system
Annual service fees start at US$3,945 for a small institution with a single agency standard. This includes both the submission and credentials modules.

Customer installed (local) system
A perpetual license starts at a one-time fee of US$6,895 for the submission and accreditation modules, plus maintenance.

Additional standards
Additional agency standards can be added for a one-time fee of US$1,300 each. Custom templates are available from US$2,400.
